These Service Terms ("Agreement") govern your use of Kihbb.AI's AI bot deployment, training, and management services (the "Services"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Summary: We deploy and manage AI bots for your business. You own your data. We keep things secure. AI costs pass through at cost. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice.
Kihbb.AI provides the following services:
One-time setup fees are due upon commencement of service and are non-refundable once deployment begins. Setup includes bot deployment, initial integrations, training sessions, and onboarding support as specified in your service agreement.
The monthly operations fee ($79/bot/month as of the date of this Agreement, subject to change with 30 days notice) covers:
AI model usage costs (tokens, API calls, etc.) are passed through to you at cost with no markup. Usage is billed monthly based on actual consumption. We will provide usage reports and alerts if consumption exceeds expected levels.
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension after 30 days. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim any ownership of the data you provide or that your AI bot processes on your behalf.
We process your data solely to provide the Services. This includes:

Upon request, we will provide an export of your data in a standard format within 30 days.
Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it. You may request earlier deletion in writing.

We target 99.5% uptime for our managed services, excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
Standard support is available via email and chat during business hours (7am-7pm ET, 7 days/week). Response times are typically within 2 hours for urgent issues.
If we fail to meet our availability target due to issues within our control, you may be eligible for service credits upon request.
This Agreement begins on the date you purchase Services and continues until terminated.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within 15 days of notice.
Upon termination, your AI bot will be deactivated and your data handled per Section 3.5.
We retain all rights to our technology, software, methodologies, and know-how. You receive a limited license to use our Services during the term.
Custom automations and configurations built specifically for you are yours to keep. General improvements to our platform remain our property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes of this Agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, independently developed, or rightfully received from third parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
